- Coordinated the extraction and analysis of purchasing data from over 25 global ERP systems, totaling $3.9 billion.
- Supported the technical and analytical needs of six strategic sourcing packaging teams.
- Project tasks included baseline preparation, collection of item specifications, coordination of eRFI / eRFP development, and savings reporting.
